Late Shri. Ramesh Chandra Agarwal was a hardworking and ambitious entrepreneur who founded a small Jewellery business from scratch in the 1960s. He had a vision for the future to turn his business into a multi-functional brand that served the needs of the community and he worked tirelessly to achieve it.
Besides that, he was also a philanthropist who cared deeply about the well-being of his community. He always had a sense of desire to give back to the community. As a result, he built a Radha Krishna temple to serve the spiritual needs of the people in his community. This act of generosity and kindness demonstrates his commitment to making a positive impact beyond his business endeavors.
During the pandemic, tragedy struck when Shri. Vikas Agarwal passed away, leaving behind a grieving family and a business in mourning. Despite the loss, Madhuram Group remained committed to carrying on the legacy and ensuring the continued success of the business.
Rishabh Agarwal, son of the Late Shri Vikas Agarwal, was just 19 years old when he joined his family business. He had always wanted to support his family and help take their legacy forward. His dedication and hard work paid off, and he quickly proved himself to be an asset to the business.
Throughout his journey, Rishabh encountered numerous challenges and obstacles, including the unfortunate closure of his export business due to the pandemic. Despite these setbacks, he remained resilient and persevered through every hurdle, emerging stronger and more determined than ever. His unwavering commitment to success eventually led him to meet his wife, Mrs. Anushka Agarwal, who, being from a jewelry background, shared his passion for the industry and became a valuable partner in his entrepreneurial endeavors.
